The new Compact lubrication pump series for single-line lubrication systems (CLS) is suitable for small and medium-sized oil and fluid grease lubrication systems.

CLS pumps are part of the SKF eLube family, which sets a new standard in lubrication performance. CLS pumps in the control variant Touch have an integrated control board with data logging functionality, which provides a performance and failure log. This allows for checking if the machine is appropriately lubricated and makes it easier for users to plan the next pump refill. The intuitive touch display makes it very easy to set pump parameters.

CLS Touch pumps offer three operation modes (automatic, advanced, and time-controlled) and provide need-based lubrication for any application.

The lightweight, simple, and easy-to-use pump stands out with its compact design and reliable functionality in mobile and industrial applications. Several electrical and monitoring features have been tailored to fit the specific needs of the applications.

All CLS models can be ordered with several easy-to-access filling options. An optional follower plate supports a continuous lubricant flow.

The P 203 lubrication pump is versatile, compact and economical and can supply up to 150 lubrication points, depending on the line length. It consists of a housing with integrated motor, reservoir with stirring paddle, pump element (optionally incl. pressure-relief valve), filling nipple and electrical connection parts. This powerful pump can drive up to three pump elements and can be equipped with a low-level control (with or without control board).

Extended lubricant capacity prolongs maintenance intervals

In the wind industry, much is being done to extend maintenance intervals and reduce costs. In the area of lubrication, larger pump reservoirs can help to achieve these goals.

While introducing reservoirs with capacities of up to 60 litres, it is possible to extend service intervals. The new reservoirs are available for the proven and well-known SKF Lincoln P 203 pump family, which works reliably in progressive lubrication systems and can be configured to fit the application’s needs.

The SKF Compact Greaser is an electric cartridge pump designed for reliable lubrication of linear guides, ball screws and rolling bearings. It delivers precise lubricant metering to enhance component performance and extend service life.

Its compact, lightweight design makes installation easy, even in tight spaces or on moving machine parts. The unit is PLC‑controlled, requiring no separate power supply or circuit protection. Designed for NLGI grade 1 and 2 greases, it supports up to five outlets with metering options from 10 to 40 mm³ per stroke. Both the number of outlets and metering rates can be customized when ordering. A bayonet lock ensures quick and simple cartridge replacement. Integration via Profibus, Profinet or ASi enables reliable monitoring and control.

Cleanroom suitability

Tested and certified by the Fraunhofer IPA according to ISO 14644‑1, the SKF Compact Greaser is suitable for use in dry cleanrooms up to Air Cleanliness Class 1—the highest ISO grade—under specified conditions (22 ±1 °C; dew point –40 ±2 °C).

Automatic Electric Cartridge Pump (AECP) for use in small progressive lubrication systems

The new compact cartridge pump combines the best of manual and automatic lubrication. The AECP utilizes standard grease tubes, making refilling an autolube system as easy as refilling a grease gun. It does not require any special refilling tool or equipment. In addition, using cartridges allows for a wide range of lubricants.

The pump fits into tight spaces thanks to its small footprint and flexible mounting options. The AECP is very robust and withstands harsh working environments and working conditions. Paired with SSV progressive metering devices, the AECP is the heart of a simple-to-operate automatic lubrication system. All lubrication points are supplied reliably when the machine is running. The tube capacity is sufficient for at least one machine working day.

The built-in low-level sensor provides an early warning to replace the cartridge. The AECP can be operated with a controller if more advanced monitoring options are required.

SKF lubricants in 400ml cartridges are the perfect pairing for the AECP.
